2021 Pre-Registration
Pre-Registration ONLINE is CLOSED, however there are still several opportunities to register ONSITE at the dates and times below. If you pre-registered you will still need to attend one of the onsite registration dates below.

IMPORTANT – FOR PRE-REGISTRATION YOU WILL STILL NEED TO ATTEND OUR ONSITE REGISTRATION TO:
- Provide school verification (bring a valid school document with players name ie print infinite campus, or complete the school verification form). This can also be uploaded on the pre-registration form below to save time at registration.
- Provide age verification (birth certificate or similar document) This can also be uploaded on the pre-registration form below to save time at registration.
- Pay your registration fee
- Weigh-in
- Be fitted for and receive equipment
